The Hilton Waikoloa Village is SOLD OUT! However, you have alternative and convenient lodging options...

~ Option One ~
For those willing to travel a couple of miles north of the Hilton, there is the option of the lovely Mauna Lani Resort. The Mauna Lani is gorgeous property. Please select the image to the right to learn more about this beautiful hotel and resort just a short drive from the Hilton. A small number of rooms are still available, and the rates are as follows

Standard Room - USD $195 plus tax
Ocean View Room - USD $240 plus tax

To make reservations, CLICK HERE to download a reservation form and additional information (PDF file).
.

~ Option Two ~
The overflow room block at the neighboring Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort has sold-out. However, meeting attendees may still be able to book rooms there at a cost of about USD $279/night.
Though the Marriott is undergoing considerable renovation to the hotel entrance and lobby, the following completed rennovations should offset any inconveniences: newly renovated and appointed sleeping rooms, new fitness center, new spa, and new pool. Proximity to the Hilton is the key factor when considering the Marriott. To make your reservation, call toll-free 1-877-359-3696.

~ Option Three ~
If none of the above suit you, we recommend you contact Teddy's Travel Services. Teddy has been able to secure room rates in the $185 to $250 range at nearby hotels or condos in the Waikoloa area, especially when packaged together with air and car rental.. Her email address is Teddyheinrich@hotmail.com. Please indicate in your subject line that you are attending the SMI Conference, so that she can give priority attention to your request, since these rooms are on a first-come first-saved basis. She needs to know your travel dates, and whether you will be needing airfare and car. You may also contact her via telephone: 1-650-368-2399.
